Morozov: “I miss you Mario and Alexei!”

There are worse things than playing with Mario Lemieux and Alexei Kovalev. Like not playing with them. Pittsburgh’s Aleksey Morozov found that out. He’s been slumping since being kicked off of Pittsburgh’s top line to make room for the oft-injured Marty Straka. In fact, going into last night’s game against Montreal, he had no goals in eight games. Luckily for Morozov, that streak is over. He scored a power play goal against the Habs last night. And of course the assist went to his good friend Mario Lemieux.
In other Steel Town news, the winless in their last six Penguins are wicked pissed about the NHL’s officiating.
