Did people really think Patrick Roy had lost his puck-stopping touch?
I don’t know. I don’t talk to that many people.
But Roy just finished a nice run. He allowed just one goal in his last three starts (last night’s 2-2 tie with Columbus was another story). He also played his 1,000th game this week. That was enough for Roy to be named NHL Player of the Week.
Roy is a force of nature. He has his ups and his downs, but more often than not, he’s just going to dominate the game.
