OK. Maybe it says a little too much about me, but isn’t it amazing that Florida Panther Valeri Bure is married to Candace Cameron (formerly of FULL HOUSE)? I just read that in this week’s Hockey News and it blew my mind.
And guess who introduced them.
Go ahead. Guess.
Fine. I’ll just tell you.

It gets weirder. Valeri (and his brother Ranger Pavel) learned English by watching FULL HOUSE.

Oh. I also learned that Pavel Bure maybe dated Anna Kournikova. Sergei Fedorov, who was briefly married to her, told THN, “I still don’t know what [Bure's and Kournikova's relationship] was. I read only what was going on and I basically tried to break up. But she had an explanation and I really believed that it was true and I, sort of…we patched things up.”
