Turco Signs

I’m a bit shocked.
The Stars managed to sign goalie Marty Turco. He got three years at what is believed to be between $4 million and $4.5 million per. Anaheim goalie Jean-Sebastien Giguere signed a comparable deal ($20 million for 4 years) earlier in the summer.
Turco is now heading for camp.
And this seems to be the money he was asking for all along. I’m not quite sure why Dallas didn’t try and settle this sooner.
