It’s official. Boston GM Mike O’Connell is crazy.
He says Boston is still looking for a goalie.
You know. Even though they just signed Felix Potvin. And even though before that, he seemed ready to go with rookie Andrew Raycroft. And even though they still have the relatively solid Steve Shields.
The Boston Globe estimates the Bruins haven’t had a real goalie in 10 seasons. That’s a long time.
Now it seems the Bruins want 10 years worth of goalies for this season.
I’m very scared O’Connell is going to play his two best goalies and cryogenically freeze the rest for future seasons.
