Daigle Signed

Alexandre Daigle’s rise through the Minnesota Wild organization continues to shock me. The Wild signed him to a two-way contract.
How crazy is it that Daigle, a former first-round draft pick, has failed in every organization he’s played for, but is finding success in the stifling system of Wild coach Jacques Lemaire. I don’t understand what Daigle, an often fancy offensive player when he’s focused, brings to the totally defense-minded Wild.
It’s really weird. I feel like there’s more going on here. Like maybe Daigle secretly owns the Wild now.
